For every mama, the first 90 days postpartum is a critical period for recovery, and restoring your body to its former strength and function.
Through online training sessions weekly, find out all about how you can safely ease yourself back into exercise, through re-connecting to your core and pelvic floor; and functional training that will help you with lifting and carrying your growing baby day in and out.
Also learn about postpartum conditions such as incontinence, symphysis pubis dysfuction, and diastasis recti (see image) - the separation of the abdominal muscles which takes place during pregnancy - and what you can do to improve your condition. These issues continue to plague some mamas past the first 90 days, so it's never too late to start even if you are a year postpartum.
Come along with me as I share the recovery routine that helped me shed the 17kg I put on, as well as eventually closing the gap for my own diastasis recti which started out at three fingers' width.

Join us for our online sessions during lunchtime. Each session takes only 45 mins, and will bring you through a full-body workout with a mix of Pilates matwork, functional movements and strength training.
